The Kalići Path between Blažići and Mladenići passes through forest areas and over hills offering stunning views, and takes you past the hidden kalići ponds, a piece of natural heritage of this area. The path reveals a karst landscape with gentle ascents and descents, circles around karst dolines, spreads into clearings, and then sinks again into the shade of the forest. The trail is undemanding and allows an easy one-
hour walk or bike ride.
The nearby villages, sheltered behind the hills, provide an uninterrupted sense of security without disturbing the deep feeling of peace that takes us back in time to a period when life was not so easy but probably more tranquil. The former cart path is bordered by gromače dry stone walls that have for
centuries followed the steps of farmers, mlekarice dairywomen and schoolchildren, and today welcome modern strollers in search of the remnants of tradition, peace, quiet and relaxation.
Both ends of the path are easily accessible from the main roads, and in the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants that offer local specialities prepared according to traditional recipes.
